RETURNS - SOUTHPAW STICKERS

At SouthPaw Stickers, we take pride in creating high-quality, joyful products that bring a little extra happiness to your everyday. Because our products are made-to-order or customized, we do not offer returns or exchanges on most purchases. That said, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we'll always do our best to make things right if something goes wrong.

General​

  • All sales are final

  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll happily work with you to resolve the issue.

To report a problem, please email support@southpawstickers.ca with the following:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

​

Once we review the situation, we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and product availability. 

​

Return Process

In rate cases where a return is approved: 

  • items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of approval. 

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was our error

  • We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
