Inspiration Behind the Stickers

This collection of stickers was born from my journey into motherhood. Motherhood has changed me in unexpected ways. So much of what I create at SouthPaw Stickers is inspired by my two children, who are now 10 and 5. Their energy, curiosity, and big hearts inspire me daily. But this inspiration runs deeper. It connects me to the women who shaped me: my mom and my Nanny (grandmother). I was incredibly close to both of them as a child.

This collection pays tribute to love that spans generations. It reflects the quiet strength of a mom who shows up every single day. It captures the unconditional hugs from a grandmother who always made me feel seen, and the joy of watching my own children grow and thrive. Whether you are a mother, daughter, grandmother, or someone who loves fiercely, the Forever Love Collection is for you.

Celebrating the Little Moments

These designs honor the little moments that mean the most. Bedtime snuggles, inside jokes, shared coffee dates, and handwritten notes are the building blocks of our legacies. The legacy of love we create with those who matter most is precious.

The Story Behind the Stickers

When I started SouthPaw Stickers, I promised to show up authentically—both in my art and my entrepreneurial journey. The affirmation and mindset stickers in this collection emerged from my own needs. I needed reminders:

• "I am exactly who they need."

• "My love is enough."

Motherhood is beautiful, yet challenging. In the early years, I balanced working full-time with the demands of parenting. I often felt a heavy sense of guilt. One of my deepest limiting beliefs has been that I am not enough, or not doing enough. Those thoughts followed me during some of the toughest parenting moments.

Even when external signs suggested I was doing great, my internal critic always lurked. I know I’m not alone in this. Many moms in online forums and Facebook groups express similar struggles. They seek understanding for needing a moment to themselves, for allowing screen time, or for letting the dishes pile up while they rest.

Social media amplifies unrealistic expectations. The comparison game can be exhausting. The truth is, there is no one "right" version of "enough." These affirmations remind you that you are enough, just as you are. Your love, presence, and efforts matter deeply—even on the messy days.

Fueled by Love & Cold Coffee

One sticker that never fails to bring a smile is "Fueled by love and cold coffee." This phrase came directly from my early days of motherhood. My firstborn was a challenging sleeper. Often, I would go for 2-3 hours of sleep, leaving me sleep-deprived. I would brew a cup of coffee, only to set it down when I got distracted. I frequently forgot about it until it got cold. Before kids, I hated cold coffee unless it was meant to be iced. Now? I don’t even flinch at it. This small thing symbolizes much about motherhood—adapting, embracing chaos, and finding joy in the unexpected.

For the Grandmothers

Many designs in this collection draw inspiration from the incredible women who came before me. My grandmother, my Nanny, was one of the most vital people in my life. She gave me the warmest hugs and made me feel unconditionally loved. Watching my mom transition into her role as a grandmother brings tears to my eyes. The excitement my children feel when they see her, along with the joy she and my father bring to their lives, feels like magic.

The bond my kids share with their grandparents fills me with more gratitude than I can express. There will be more grandmother-inspired stickers in the future because this kind of love deserves to be celebrated time and time again.

This is Just the Beginning

Every sticker in the Forever Love Collection is rooted in my journey as a mother, daughter, and granddaughter. I could write a novel about each design, but I've shared the biggest inspirations here. If you're curious about a specific design, feel free to reach out anytime!
